What should I do if the battery swells, leaks or suffers a sudden drop in endurance?
+- Stop using it immediately to avoid potential safety hazards. Contact us for on-site inspection. If it is a quality problem, we will handle it under warranty; if it is due to aging, we will provide a replacement solution with the same model.
How to handle quality problems within the warranty period?
+- Please provide the product model, purchase certificate, and photos/videos of the fault. We will provide replacement or maintenance services in accordance with brand policies after verification, assisting with quick processing throughout the process.
How long is the product warranty period?
+- The warranty is implemented in accordance with the official standards of each brand. The conventional warranty for standby batteries is 1–3 years, and the warranty for power and starting batteries is subject to brand specifications. Man-made damage or improper use is not covered by the warranty.
