How to handle quality problems within the warranty period?
+- Please provide the product model, purchase certificate, and photos/videos of the fault. We will provide replacement or maintenance services in accordance with brand policies after verification, assisting with quick processing throughout the process.
How long is the product warranty period?
+- The warranty is implemented in accordance with the official standards of each brand. The conventional warranty for standby batteries is 1–3 years, and the warranty for power and starting batteries is subject to brand specifications. Man-made damage or improper use is not covered by the warranty.
What should I pay attention to after installing a new battery?
+- Fully charge the new battery before use. The recommended ambient temperature is 20–25℃. Avoid high temperature, overcharge, over-discharge and severe vibration. Regular inspection can extend the service life.
